750pt Troop only Tournament

So I have a tournament at my local store coming up, rules as follows:

750pts Troop Choice only
No formations, detachments
No forgeworld
Army must come from one Codex, no allies
Max 6 troop choices
Played on a 4x4 table
3 rounds, all objective based
VP=What you score during each round.

So it's really supposed to test your small arms techniques, focusing on the backbone of your army. I guess MSU and Land Raiders would be the biggest problems because of the lack of big firepower.

My list:

Warriors X5
Blaster
Venom (Unit X4)

Warriors X10
Raider
Splinter Racks (Unit X2)

Puts me at 10 pts to spare. Is 4 lances enough? Would it be better to scrap a unit in exchange for the additional Splinter Cannons and Night Shields? Having 6 transports seems like a huge advantage, especially since it's going to be objective based. I could easily fly around on a 4X4 and pick off a flank.

You're not going to get too many Land Raiders at 750 points. I'd be more worried about 27 scatbikes blowing you off the table turn 1. That's roughly 12 glances and 24 pens on your vehicles on the first turn (less any jinking or cover).

Thankfully we have a fairly relaxed meta, and I think there is only one guy who plays Eldar, who owns maybe two squads of bikes at best.

This is one scenario where you probably dont want too many SC Venoms. I would want to take at least 2 raiders for their dissies, and at least 1 more for a DL.

This was the makeup of our last tournament, so I would assume more of the same. For reference, I have never seen a Galdius Strike Force on a table, so I would put my community in a friendly competitive range, with a mild flair for cheese.

So Would you recommend dropping a Venom, and adding a 3rd Raider with a DL? Maybe unload the unit early and have it guard an objective while the empty raider runs around with it's DL?

I'd bring:
4x 4 kabalite + 1 blaster + venom dual splinter cannon
2x 8 kabalite + raider w\ splinter racks
748 pt total

Warriors X5 + Blaster
Venom + Extra Splinter Cannon
(Above Times 4)

Warriors X5 + Blaster
Raider + Night Shield
(Above Times 2)

Options with 20 pts:
A dark lance on both raiders
An extra warrior on each raider

Logans list has me re-thinking the Splinter Racks, but I'm more concerned everyone will have a full load-out of transports that I need to pop open.
