Ynnari Lhamaean on foot?

I know one of our better HQ slot options is the Lhamaean in venom with the extra splinter cannon, but it really doesn't benefit that much from SFD.

What if we skip the venom, saving 65pts and run the Lhamaean on foot? He would be an easy kill point obviously, but could be a fairly safe objective holder assuming you have something more powerful within the 7". He could also just run across the field and become a turn 2-3 suicide unit to generate an additional Soulburst.

I take a walking one in my Ynnari list.

I put it next to anything I feel they are going to shoot "blasts" weapons at.

Sense I play against Saint Celestine alot, i normally place it in the middle of Scatterbikes for that 8/3 Orbital strike lol.

I think it actually becomes a pretty useful 10 pt model.

I'm running a stripped down version of Showbiz's cc list tonight (reavers x6 units, troupes x4 units, Yncarne, and 3 Lhamaean) I needed to double up on the hq slots in the 2nd formation to get the additional soulburst, so I'll update with how the 3 lone rangers do.

I designed an Ynnari army with almost only bare-foots units. But I used the lhamaean with venom to get long range poison the time my kabalite army gets in position. For objectives taking and soulblasting, I used 6 1-man beastmaster.

My Ynnari 2k army so far is

Played this list a couple times and I havent been able to get my Troupes into Combat yet.... sadly

The 1st couple games I wanted to see its true power and cheese it, 500pts of Bikes solo killed 1500pts of SM in 1 turn and my Melee WK got a turn 1 charge and he called it on turn 2 b.c I was going to table him. It was stupid.
