I have been an Aeldari player (eldar solely) up until I fell in love with the dark eldar back in 2010 with the release of their beautiful codex. It was only when the Ynnari came and brought the cousins back together that I have finally bought some true kin.

I have prepared a list for a 1250 point game - I my self dont have fliers to use but my opponents always field at least one. I usually just leave them alone or pepper them with scatter lasers when given the chance.

My opponent usually fields a lord of war such as a titan or a stompa.

This list has loads of antitank and high strength shots that have high manoeuvrability.
I have thought of removing the beastmasters and using Dire Avengers instead of Fire Dragons so that I could field a Solitaire - and I may try it.

don't think you need the dracon or sybarite in your list.

Beastmaster squads run more effectively if you have at least one razorwing flock or clawed fiend in them. single model razorwing flock units work in an ynnari list due to the fact that individual flocks can still chew apart tanks (other than landraiders), but if the enemy kills them a unit of yours within 7" gets to soulburst.

if you're already running 2 squads of windriders, why not reavers with cluster caltrops as well?

You only have 1 transport in your list, with a high value unit inside - it'll never reach the enemy. get more transports or grab a Dark Eldar Archon with Webway Portal.

How do the fire dragons get close to the enemy to do their job?

Kabalite Warriors, in my opinion, should never be given heavy weapons - not moving spells doom for them, and if they are sitting in a ruin in the backfield just for the dark lance, you're wasting 9 warriors that could be doing something useful. putting a 10man squad without extras in a raider with splinterracks, or a 5man squad with blaster in a venom with splinter cannons, is much more effective.

Your army lacks cohesion a bit - everything's moving fast except lhamaean, the kabalite squad with DL, and the fire dragons. aside from the mandatory hq, that's 2 units that won't be supporting the rest of your army very well and will be left vulnerable by deepstrike and outflank. With the fire dragons, that hurts. (I thought the warwalkers were slow as well, then i looked up their rules and saw "scout")

This is how I anticipate how this list will improve the cohesion that the above list lacked.

Removing the Warriors as troops allowed me to bring in an Archon with WWP and Blaster go with the Fire Dragons and take the big nasties down.

The Warp Spiders would deep strike hoping that dont mishap then blitz about causing mayhem.

The Scourges would be in close support by deep striking close to the Archon or just behind given the longer range.

I have moved the trueborn into a venom for the shots volume and given their eventual demise would clump them together may either clump together with the reavers racing them along cover or deepstrike close to the others.

You discussed the issue with War Walker movement - if I dont outflank then I would have them baby sit the Wind Riders - as they would have the same shooting range - although lacking movement speed would deteriorate their responsiveness.

Now i really like the list. Just try to keep the venom hidden until the enemy has too many threats to deal with in his deployment zone (otherwise he'll eat literally ALL the anti-tank the enemy can muster)
