Not as well painted as my BARE RESIN REVENANT?!!!  I'd post a pic of the sizes, but I haven't quite got the mounting of my Revenant to its base. It's landing on one foot....and totally being a pain in my a**! | |

Mines painted but the paint job is 10 years old... I got it at release and painted it when my oldest child was born - which is exactly 10 years ago today! The Knights/lords/guard/guardians fit in and around the revenant in terms of age... And none stack up to your current work. Just warning the audience prior is all  | |

| Looking good ESE. About the Revenant... make sure you pin and putty the HELL out of its hips and feet. They carry a ridiculous amount of weight especially when its not evenly distributed. You dont want to go check on that bad boy and find its torso hanging upside down between its legs like I did.  | |

| I'm consistently blown away by how good you're able to get your models to look in such a short period of time. I know you're using an airbrush for a lot of it, but still. Your stuff looks great.
(Full disclosure: I am jealous.)
I think the Wraithknight came out a bit spartan - there's a lot of surface area with not a lot going on apart from the shading/highlighting. Was that an aesthetic choice? I know you were rushing to get it finished. | |

It was. Larger models like this can look busy if you start loading them up with details. I tried putting a couple of the infinity rune transfers on the shoulders and a couple of smaller details on the knees and found that it just looked way too busy. I might add a thin white stripe or two to the barrels of the Wraith Cannons, but not much else. I wanted to avoid painting every one of the gems as it just looks silly and overly busy IMHO. | |
