Can a character make a heroic intervention after falling back during the previous movement phase? Falling back prevents firing or charging in the same turn, but technically, a heroic intervention is not a charge (if anything, it most closely resembles a consolidation move).

Hmm.

A unit falling back must ends its move more than 1" away, but that seems to specifically refer to the Fall back move.

Looks legit!
