Is this a good 1000pt list?

82 points: Succubus - Blast pistol
81 points: Wyches x 9 no upgrades
70 points: Kabalite warriors x 10 with a PGL
70 points: Kabalite warriors x 10 with a PGL
190 points: Reavers x 6 two with grav-talons
155 points: Razorwing Jetfighter stock loadout
116 points: Raider with shock prow
115 points: Raider
115 points: Raider

This comes to a total of 1000 points. The two Kabalite squads will go in the two raiders, the 9 wyches and the succubus will go in a raider together as well. Then the reavers and the jetfighter will go around on their own causing havoc.

Is there any changes that I should make to the list? I am thinking maybe ditch 3 reavers to take some upgrades but I'm not so sure.

I would advise at least an agonizer in your wych squad, posibly by ditching the blast pistol, (and gauntlets might also be smart).

For the rest it looks ok. Not optimized, but fine for friendly games. If possible you might wish to incorporate some more ap weapons since I think you are slightly low in that regard, if you face marines often.

I have altered the list a bit, mainly reducing the squad size of the warriors to 5 each but giving them both 1 blaster. I have also been able to add blasters to two reavers. My question is now, am I able to give 3 hydra gauntlets to the squad of 9 wyches? It says that I need 10 wyches to take 3 weapons but if I paid for a 10th wych would I be able to take the extra weapons?

Nope. Squad needs to number at least 10. Otherwise we could have 5 man Warrior units with a Blaster + Dark Lance or 3 man Trueborn units with 2 Dark Lances. Imagine fitting 6 Lances in a Raider with a Dark Lance.
