I don't understand the rule of the spirit syphon. It say you can reroll wound roll of 1 for friendly dark eldars. Do they mean the "to wound" roll, that would make dark eldars more killy?

Yes, you re-roll 1's To Wound for friendly Drukhari units within 6" of the Cronos. It does indeed make them more killy.

Multi wound i believe. It would specify if you could bring a model back.
