Returning Player: Comparing Two 500/750/1000pt. Escalation Lists

Well I've been away since 5th ed, and 8th edition has given me a reason to return to this game I love. I am starting a dark eldar army that will regularly face off against a friend's dark angels.

I have put together two strategies for progression from 500pts to 750 to 1000. I'm hoping to pick up the army by the end of the week. I am leaning towards “option A” which I will give first:

Quick thoughts: Lots of dark lances to deal with vehicles, wyches to clean up or at least tie up what is left. Worried that the 1000 point list especially may not have enough bodies.

My search of the tactics section for discussion on the state of wyches in 8th was largely unsuccessful. Does anyone have feedback/experience fielding a largely wych cult force? I am leaning towards that direction simply because the models look cooler and more fun to paint. What advice would you give as I plan to take on dark angels?
