Back Banner or not? My Visarch to Archon conversion

Not sure if I should keep the back banner or not, what do you think?

1: Wicked conversion.
2: I vote without.

Back banners look dumb.

Put some more skulls and stuff on the smaller ones?

Keep the back banner.

Banner is great, but I think it is too tall.

Keep it, but shorten it a bit, imo.

Just added the skulls to the back trophy rack and a dark Eldar sword. Otherwise the normal figure. I'll shorten the banner and see how it looks . It's blue tacked in so no problems. I'll post a pic when done.

Finished...took the banner away and put the ironcollar thingy on him another skull on the trophy rack and a dagger

If in doubt, always go for the banners. They look bad ass. I normally prefer flags, but skulls work too.    Shortening it a little bit is indeed the way to go in this instance.

He doesn't need the back banner.

I prefer without the banner.

That's a boss pole more than a banner.
Doesn't look bad, but there are already 3 upward-pointing spikes on the model's helmet and cowl, which would be overshadowed by that large one. I would add the Succubus's "banner" to his back instead, to create a bit more variety while keeping in line with the existing shapes.
