I persoanlly use Dark Elf Cold Ones, which i don't think are available anymore.

Smaller Legion of Everblight warbeasts like Grotesques or Nephilims are neat. If you want to go budget or something, think about kitbashing Ogres with Tyranids or some Ghoul models from Age of Sigmar undead range.
