Pretty standard strategy for this one, with my entire force designed to be mobile. The Farseers, Warlock, and Windriders will form a spearhead/psychic support/distraction Carnifex. I hesitate to call it a star, but assuming I get Guide and Conceal off it will take 54 Lasgun shots, 24 Bolter Rounds, and 3.60 Overcharged Plasma shots to take out each bike. To wipe the unit, you'll need 486 Las, 216 Bolt, and 32.40 Plas (even with rerolls, no one is going to Overcharge a hard to hit unit) respectively. Assuming I can get Guide off, one Windrider will take out 1.78 GEQ, .88 MEQ, and .30 TEQ. All of them will be able to destroy 16.02 GEQ, 7.92 MEQ, and 2.7 TEQ. Putting Doom into the mix should increase that by another, approximately, 33%.
Aside from some Emergency Anti-Tank, the Ravagers will help deal with MEQ and TEQ that I might encounter. By themselves, they'll be able to take out 8 GEQ, 6.66 MEQ, and 5.34 TEQ. The Kabs will hop in the Venoms and Shoot and Scoot, providing anti-infantry power, and occasionally screening for the bikes. Scourges will provide Anti-Tank, with a secondary anti-character role, and the Beastmaster/ Khymera mix will give some melee support, but mostly will serve as some area denial.
I've modified and analyzed this list about as much as possible, and I'd like some outside takes on how it is!
