Beginners 1k Kabal list

I am new to the ways of the True Kin and I was wondering if this is a decent start for an aspiring Archon?
I will link my army list from Battlescribe so do forgive if the point costs are not completely correct, as I am new to 40k entirely and I can't find the points listed in the Index.

As lovely as reavers look, I would really recommend removing them and the hellions from this list and changing two of the kabalite warriors as trueborns with blasters to be put in the venoms.

Reavers are far too costly for what you get and I haven't been able to figure out how to get the most out of hellions before they die.

Trueborn will improve your midlevel killiness with some of the heavy hitting blasters. These can also irritate tanks.

If you're struggling for points, the extra splinter cannon on the venom isn't essential - I've barely noticed a difference and I run 4 venoms with no extra splinter cannon.

I have nearly the same stuff, and you miss high str ap attacks.
You really need more blasters/ dark lances/ dissies
