New to Dark Eldar 1250 starter army

Putting together my first DE list and I am looking for some advice from some veterans. Here's the direction I'm heading.. currently I have the start collecting box so I can pretty much change this however you guys see fit. I want pure DE. And I there is allot of guard to n my meta if that changes things.

Looks good. 10 lances at 1250 will wreck any armor lists you face. if you end up having trouble with elite infantry, switch one of the ravagers to dissie.

DE are a ton of fun, you shouldnt have any problem melting the guard tanks in your meta.

Are ravagers easy to magnatize? So I can pay around with it?

You can snip the front of the guns off and magnetize those.

Also, just be aware that the Dark Lance Kabalites in the Raiders will be shooting at -1 to hit if the Raider moves. Try to keep it still if you can.

Also, for the points you're paying for that unit, you can get a Dissie Ravager that will be more effective against both vehicles and infantry. Just something to keep in mind.

Also, Huskblades are generally worse than Agonizers for the Archons. You can use those points on Phantasm Grenade Launchers instead, which are wonderfully efficient.

I'm personally a big fan of the Dissie raider + Dark lance kabalites configuration.
You pay a bit more than a ravager, and you lose 1 lance/dissie, but it has a lot of advantages :
- Infantry bodies for objectives
- Splinter fire, so it's actually better against infantry than the ravager. 18 splinter fire > 3 dissie shots
- CC capacity
- PGL
- Once the boat gets destroyed, you still have 1 lance and 18 splinter shots.

I personally put dissies on every raider and ravager in my army, and i take my DL from scourges and kabalites.
