New player, 1250 first list feedback

Hi all, just gotten into dark eldar and seeking some feedback on my first list. Advice greatly appreciated.

Hoping it will be fun to use. Thoughts?

If you reduce number of kabalites in raiders to 5 per raider, you can probably get room for more blasters for your scourges.
