So this is the list. thoughts form a super competitive stand point?

Not gonna read it all. The 3 Tantalus' is good enough for me xD Get it out there oad!!!

its pretty simple 3 x archons each with blaster and agoniser, 3x Tantalus, 6x (5 k-warriors w/ blaster and agoniser), 3x medusae, 2x (5x hellions), and Scourges with 4 lances. they never erratad the Tantalus to what it can carry, so hellions can board it allowing just 3 Tantalus drops and scourges in deep strike reserves.

You know I've not actually looked at its transport rules like that. But if it's RAW and the FAQ doesn't say owt then fair enough.

Don't forget you can reroll medusae as it's a built-in power, not an aura from archon

Wait a minute. That's a thing? As far as I'm aware they need to be within 3" of an Archon, so a reversed Aura I guess? I'll have to clarify that

Asked 3rd party for an opinion and it's as I thought, like a reverse aura. Since he needs to be within 3" it's essentially an aura, so no it won't work.

If I remember we had a discussion on this forums weeks ago, and as this wasn't an aura and miniatures were in the same transport, they are theorically at the same spot.

There were plotting about venoms fields with archon + 4 sslyth or archon with 4 medusae ^^'

You should dig in the thread, or maybe ask @count adhemar (he knows all the stuff ever, praise the count )

Nah, I aint playing it like that. It literally says he needs to be "within". To me that's an aura in itself. If you gave the Archon the rule and swapped names about it would achieve the same effect as it does now, allowing re-rolls for being "within" so many inches.

The archon and the medusa aren't on the table. There is no way to measure the 3". Therefor you can never be within them.
