Charging flyers

I finally got in my 1st game of 8th ed (sadly delayed I know). Must say - lots of fun, feels like how it 'should' work with a few exceptions (*cough* cult units *cough*). The game felt much more free - shoot who you want, charge away, transports actually felt like they were transporting people into battle, etc.

But a few questions came up regarding a charge into a flyer and we wanted to make sure we were interpreting it correctly. Buddy charged crisis suits into razorwing jetfighter, questions are:
1) overwatch - can razorwing fire everything, incl. missiles?
2) round over, can I 'fall back' but move forward, or am I now destroyed? This is also a general question about fall back - it doesn't seem to specify one has to fall "back"

I'm sure I'll have more as more games get under belt, but cheers for any feedback!

1) Nothing says you can't, so you can.
2) You can't move over enemy models, unless you have fly. Flier do, in fact, have fly ^^ So you totally can.

1/ Yes, he certainly can fire absolutely everything.
2/ You can "Fall Back" in any direction you desire, so long as you don't end within 1" of an enemy unit.

Airbourne models cannot fall back like our razorwings
Fly units such as a raider venom etc can fall back
