Hero auras gulliman tyberos succubus harmoc etc

Does this effect each hero?
Its says friendly units within 6
Of gulliman not gulliman himself
Ive heard some people say yes and some say no
Read as written its saying other units not himself

Tyberos the red wake is another example
Friendly carcharodons units within 6 get +1 to S etc
Does this mean he is buffed or other units?
Again it says other units not himself
Whats the correct interpretation?

Harmoculus gives +1 T
Does he get it?

The rules for Auras clearly state that they affect the owner if possible.

Read the haemy special ability. It is very clearly worded : it does not stack.
