I got a local tournament coming up with some house rules:
No named characters
No LOW
Max PL 20 models
All gaps on every deployment map shrinked down to 12" (we are a shooty meta here. TO wants to see more meele)
2+ roll off if first deployed - no seize allowed
That means with DE having around 12-15 drops I have little chances of going first. So I chose a defensive beta strike approach:

My initial defence: Haemonculus between the 6 venoms. 10 flocks screen against smite and first turn charges.
Also the venoms have -1 to hit what is huge. Dont want to invest in ravagers/reapers that get shot down turn 1.
Mandrakes are either in venoms or in deepstrike depending on the opponent and amount of drops. I like to have them in venoms: they go nuts.
Incubis for cleaning up the first turn charges. Dont want to spent to much of my fire power on what my opponent throws infront of me as distraction.
Farseer for obvious doom. With wings he can keep up with the rest without exposing himself.

What do you guys think? I think I will have troubles dealing with flyers since scourges -1 to hit first shooting. But otherwise I feel confident doing huge amount of damage as beta strike.
