Were to buy terain

Hi, i have started to make my own board will upload a pic latwr. What i need for it though is terrain that said dose any one know any alternitives to games wortkshops terrain set please. I am going to book mark all i find and are sergested as i would love to get a large colection that way the games i play with my friends are diferent everytime.

TTCombat do some decent MDF stuff.

I guess it depends on what kind of stuff you want. Buildings? Trenches?

I got a ton of laser cut terrain from terrains4games super cheap. The shipping was expensive and took like 3 weeks, but the product is NICE and you get soooo much for your money. I think I spent like $130 and $40 of it was shipping and I ended up with more terrain than I needed to densely cover a 4'x6' table.

I went on eBay and got a bunch of trees dirt cheap to make forests, used a lump of wood to make a kind of mountain surrounded by the trees.
I use games workshop stuff for buildings managed to get a whole bunch off eBay fairly cheap as well.

I'd recommand armorcast, they have a lot of stuff, really cheap

Winters SEO on youtube has some decent videos on making your own terrain. He also reviews terrain from quite a few online stores, with both specific videos for that purpose and also linking to the terrain he uses in each battle report. Have a trawl through and I'm sure you will see something you like!

I purchased a fortune’s worth of promethium refineries, plasma pipes and regulators. Combined with some blue foam hills and a battlemat, it will hopefully look awesome when completed.

I used expansive foam to create moonlike terrain, and I'm pretty happy with the results.
