Talos and Chronos engine no longer available?

Just saw that the talos engine is no longer available across countries on the GW store, is it just repackaging? Seems like other items are temporarily unavailable but the talos engine and other items which include it are completely unavailable. I doubt they would be changing this kit though but just wondering if this is common.

It seems to be fairly common. I experienced the same when looking for Assault Marines recently.

Yeah I saw something similar with Venoms a few months back. Thought it may be indicative of something...wishful thinking!

Oh no! I can't buy taloi and chronos. How can I play without those premium units?

In the UK you can still find Talos/Chronos in stock at (stock in parentheses):

Triple Helix Wargames (?)

Firestorm Games (?)

Don't know about stores in other states stocking it.

My understanding is that anything truly being discontinued would first appear under the "Last Chance to Buy" tag. (The exception being some limited edition books, which sell out so fast upon initial release, they don't even have time to tag as Last Chance).

My guess is that the Talos would have been tagged with Last Chance first, in which case there would be chatter on the board already.

Both are very much in the codex.
