Can anyone cut perspex? Or similar? Maybe 3d print?

So, quite a few people in my local club have started using this sort of thing:



Its a range rulers, with 9", 3", 2" and 1" lengths for the main things you need to check in 40k these days.

I quite like using them, but would like to investigate getting a couple of custom ones made, in a Drukhari fashion.
But I lack a means of actually making them.

So I reach out, anyone capable? (UK preferred to make postage easier)
If I were to design something, would someone be capable of manufacturing it for me?
