Combat Drugs in multiple detachments?

okay so Combat drugs more or less reads "if you choose to pick your specific drugs you cannot pick the same one more than once until all 6 have been selected at least once."

It doesn't mention anything about detachments, but do we always assume that limits are detachment specific?

For example, if I have 3 separate patrol detachments of nothing but a succubus and a single unit of wyches, can I give all of the succubi' +1 attack and all the wyches +1 strength?

or is that limit across all detachments, in which case it's easier for me to just have a couple of cheap units to 'soak' the less desirable drugs?

If the wording hasn't changed at all from the index, I don't think you can give the same drug out until you've used all 6, but I'm not 100% sure.

I believe the Drugs are army-wide, not Detachment.

Based on the index wording, it's army-wide, not specific to a detachment. Unless it's changed in the codex I don't see how it can be ruled differently. That being said, unless the wording has changed, we can still take any drug we want multiple times as long as all 6 have been used once.

It is assumed it affects your army unless otherwise stated. It would need to state detachment.
