| So by now I assume many of you have and have read your codex. If not I wouldn't read any further. - Spoiler:
So it sounds kinda like Vect faked his own death to deliver another blow to his enemies and keep his allies guessing at what he is capable of. It doesn't really change anything in the city but, it is an interesting bit of new lore. Anyone else have any thoughts about it?
Also, Kheradruakh was never mentioned in lore that I've noticed. Odd since Gathering Storm 2 made it sound as he was responsible for closing Khaine's Gate.

| So, on the subject of the little bit of new fluff - I'm excitied.
I see it as the potential for the story to advance in such a way that it could warrant a small book of some kind, and "The Dark Muse" becoming far more basass than ever before.

| Saturday here but the Postal service fu***d up the order for our local store so no new codexies or cards for us..

So Vect died along with all his clones. Mandrakes were the killers. A funeral service was had, everyone showed up. Vect was not dead and killed everyone, only resurrecting the people he liked (or really hated). Was there any more info in the codex?

| If he was really dead and used the funeral to fuel his resurrection and had hidden contracts with the harlequins and mandrakes it would give his whole living dark muse more validation.
Hopefully GW eventually continues the story. Also, it's nice Vect didn't really get knocked off. | |
