Talos with chain flails and macro scalpel rules

Hey all,

I played a game last night, first game in a long time and first with our new dex. The question came up and I wasn’t quite sure:

Talos has 5 attacks base and has chain flails, does that mean he has 10 attacks total?

Probably a silly noob question but I don’t play often enough to commit it to memory.

Never mind y’all. I think I found the answer. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong, but yes 10 attacks.
