How to convert true born into scourges

I want to stick to the Codex so this is my only option since they look different than the rest of my army.
Otherwise I got to give all my guys the executioner skull helmets (I will do that step by step).

How different do they look? like they cant just be a special guy mixed in with reg kabs?

Id either A) convert them a full unit and make them a different kabal

or B) use gargoyle wings. I used vargheist wings for mine but goyle wings may work better for someone who is on a base

If you've already got them as basic infantry and need to get them in flight, how about skyboards?
Not necessary Hellion Skyboard, but floating platforms more like a Disk Of Tzeentch?
That gets them into the air and sets them apart from normal Scourge.

That's a nice idea. I still got 10 Hellions not assembled. Maybe I can use that

maybe by converting cold ones or the new idoneth eels, or get 3d party "dragon" mounts
