One idea I'd consider is to drop the Patrol for a Vanguard detachment. You just need one more Elite choice in there to gain an extra CP.

I'm not sold on the Wracks in general if you can take almost anything else instead. Basically the changes to Battalion CP will mean that I likely won't ever take any because it's usually more efficient to stick with things that contribute to CP through Vanguard, Outrider or Spearhead detachments once you've figured out your Battalion. If I was more interested in Coven stuff then I could see using more 'tarpit' style list with lots of wracks...

In essence then I'd suggest dropping the Wracks and their ride in favor of Mandrakes. With a small unit you'll also save 50+ points by dropping that Raider, and you'd gain a CP.

I also have to admit to a bit of concern around the amount of shooting you can deliver... and specifically dark lances. I don't think I'll ever leave home without 2 Ravagers as a base line... (1 triple-lance, the other with 2 Dissies) At 1500 I'm just not sure that you'll need that many Succubi... those points might be better spent on a Ravager.

If you really want an Alliance of Agony, I'd suggest something like:

Flayed Skull Kabal Battalion (as presented basically, but at least one Lance Ravager. I also take 3x5 Kabalites, but one of them gets a Raider so that they can hang with a Blaster Archon - it's a great mid-field troubleshooter unit)

Prophets Vanguard (Haemo + 1xGrot/Raider + 2x Mandrakes)

Cult Patrol (1xSuccubus + Wych/Raider)

That'll still leave you with 2 solid assault units in Raiders, but you'll also gain a little 'Deep-strike' and light assault capability in the Mandrakes (SO WORTH IT). My strategy is based on two assault Raiders; one to use Enhanced Aethersails and the other for Screaming Jets to make sure they arrive relatively untouched. If you really want that third assault Raider then even something like 5 Incubi with one of your Archons is pretty cheap, killy, and easy to add into a Vanguard detachment.

Hm...good suggestion regarding the Ravager and the patrol to vanguard conversion. Think is, I only own 9 Mandrakes, as I use spirit hosts models from Warhammer Fant...um..Age of Sigmar.
So I guess I´d stick with two units of Grotesques and try to squeeze in the one Ravager I own.

Yep - that's a solid compromise... I was on 1 Ravager for years and just upgraded to two; highly recommend.

Also to get to 10 Mandrakes, maybe convert one Kabalite to be more 'spooky' as a leader or 'summoner' for your evil spirits??
