2k anti-tank list

I have a game against our clubs resident tournament fiend in a couple of weeks. His list is entirely IG tanks, including baneblade and some sort of forgeworld bomb tank things. Apparently he is almost unbeatable so I thought I'd try to make a purely anti-tank list, mainly for fun, but I'd luke to see the look on his face if I manage to eek out a win

Less troops more Haywire Scourges, DLs Ravagers and Razorwings/Void Ravens. And by more Scourges I mean like another 2-3 units at least. Consider Reavers to charge tanks turn 1 and stop them from shooting.
