Screaming Jets

Is one able to use Screaming Jets twice for two units during the deployment phase? I just watched a battle report where the player put a Ravanger and a Razorwing in reserves so I figure it's legal? I know the WWP states you can put one unit in reserves or two for three CP's but Screaming Jets just has an option for one vehicle that can fly.

Yes, if not stated otherwise you can use a stratagem multiple times before the game starts.
The wwp on the other side is limited to one use.
