Need help refining a list for a local tourney.

The tournament will be 2k points and mission style hasn't been revealed yet. My list is kabal/coven and I'm trying to decide if I should make some changes. Like dropping a squad of warriors freeing me up to put the archons in a troop raider and save on their venom. Or dropping the wracks to 5 man squads and bringing more talos.

I like wracks but yeah 30 is way more than you need. I'd drop down to at least 20 and take another talos since they are the actual damage dealers of the coven units along with grots while wracks don't do much damage.

Cronos is utterly bad imho,never use him.I would take less wracks, more Talos & Grots. I would run Grots in 2 x 5 (if you have more) and the go-to-relic is Nightmare Doll. Has kept my Haemie alive SOOOOOOO many times...

So if I drop to 20 wracks and add a talos, switch to 2×5 grots I'm left with roughly 29 points. How would y'all recommend spending that? Turn one haemy into urien?

What do y'all think of turning the blast pistols on the archons into full blasters and adding a single Lhamean or ur-ghoul with the last 15 just in case I roll a 1 when the archon venom pops?

Also do I want 2 units of 5 or do I want a 10 man blob of grots to wwp in?

- 2 x 5 costs more CP´s to WWP, but gives more options, 10 is just 1 CP but it´s just a one big blob
- Keep Blast pistols --> you can shoot in CC
- Urien wont give the Grots as much as much he would for Talos (+1 S gives them S8 with the basic weapon, which starts to be grat for T8 opponents!)
- If you have more Grots or Talos, as it was said earlier, they deal the damage in Covens,  i would just take min 5 X Wrack units, they really are there just for the obj. grabbing.

Actually, the Grots and Talos with the Prophets of Flesh have become so powerful (at least in basic games, no hardcore tournaments), i had to cut down on them. But if i went to a tournament, i would max out if possible.

The is everyone for the comments. I decided to drop the wracks down to 20 total and bring an extra talos instead of a chronic as well as splitting the grots into 2×5 because with the changes I probably with be wwp them in anyway.

I'm keeping one 10 man blob of wracks for black cornucopians shenanigans and because the 50 points I'd save doesn't have many places to go tbh.

Now I'm just deciding on a lhamean to provide "I rolled a 1" insurance or blasters instead of blast pistols.. hmmmm
