New 2k list, grateful for advice

Started my new collection and would be grateful for advice on a list I'm working on. Haven't actually played 8th ed so still in the theoryhammer stage. Anyone have practical tips on using this sort of list or edits?

Archons in the raider with the incubi and haemonculous. Scourge and mandrakes cone in turn 2. Generally I play around isolation and disruption tactics (playing 7th ed.) Blob of wyches and the reavers are there to tie up screening and shooting units.
