Hello this is my first list for a casual game that I have coming up soon and I just wanted opinions or any improvement to the list for future games. I did make this list based on the starter boxes hence the wyches (Plus wanted to try out a Wyche cult ^^). I wanted to cover all bases with this list as well.  

My tactics are as follows:
1. Screaming Jets the Reavers onto the battlefield to tie up any units that maybe a problem against my flyers.

2. Venoms will help take objectives and to keep distance for blasters and rapid fire while avoiding charges.

3. Raider is for dakaka and will be kiting units around while trying to stay in rapid fire range to take out any infantry units. Plus, Dark Lance to penetrate any vehicles.

4. Scourges come down when vehicles, characters or terminators are on the field. Usually going to use the Fire and fade stratagem on these guys to get them out of charge distant.

5. Archons will trail behind Venoms in hopes to keep with them to give 1s re-roll auras and to fire PGLS into the masses. I needed them to fill out detachments taxes and be using them to hold objectives if I decide the Venoms need to be more aggressive.  

6. Wyches and Succubus are there to tie up frontline units and to be a distraction. Depending on the battlefield and with red grief, first turn charge might be likely.

I’m thinking of replacing some of my Reavers for a raider for my wyches. Also considering using 1 or 2CP to scream my Raiders in as well. Would Disintegrator cannon be better than DL?

I think this is a fine list for a casual game but there are a lot of places you could optimize what you're doing (and I say this as someone who definitely chooses not to optimize what I'm doing in lieu of flavor).

One of the big things you may want to consider is switching from a Raiding Force to a Battalion + Outrider Detachment. For the cost of ditching one of your Kabal Obsessions and splitting your Reavers into two units you gain 2CP. I think Flayed Skull complements Red Grief better, personally.

I would also give at least one of your Wyches a Sharnet & Impaler, since 5pts is a very low investment to improve the No Escape rule and let your Wyches act as a more reliable tarpit.

Regarding your Kabalites, personally I don't see much value in taking a unit of 10 if you're not taking the special weapon choices they're allowed.

Webway Portal would be your deep strike option for Reavers, since they're a Biker unit. Given their natural speed I wouldn't recommend spending CP on deep striking this unit. Just Advance 8" up the board and tie up what you need to.

I could be mistaken but I don't believe you can use the Fire and Fade Stratagem on units fresh from deep strike. Check the Big FAQ to be safe?

Keep the Dark Lance in your list you don't have much capable of knocking out armour. If your local group hates tanks and loves multi-wound models take a Disintegrator.
