Do you guys think we'll see Wych Cult only rules for the new Kill Team or will we see rules for all 3 sub factions?

Does it make sense in the fluff for small bands of kabalite warriors or wracks to fight in these sorts of skirmishes?

I reckon it makes sense for any of the factions to form Kill-Teams. Any of them could be carrying out terror tactics ahead of a larger strike, or proving themselves in the eyes of their superiors. Wyches could be performing some kind of elaborate performance, perhaps using video capture to broadcast back to Commorragh. Kabalites could be striking priority targets ahead of a raid, or just sowing general chaos. Wracks might be dispatched to collect resources or test subjects for their Haemonculus - think of them as research assistants doing field work.

Tl;dr, the fluff supports most if not any excuse.for any of the factions to dispatch agents as Kill Teams, so aim hoping all of our troops will get a place in the roster. Maybe Scourges and Mandrakes too? No other units strike me as being more suitable, even given our entire list being quite guerrilla.
I just think it'd be super cool to have a ragtag band of Kabalites, Wyches and Wracks, the opportunities for narrative and "your dudes" play could be brilliant.

Since Drukhari is listed as a faction for Kill Team but Kabals, Cults and Covens aren't, my guess is that we'll be able to mix and match as we please.

As they mention you can mix scouts, tacticals, reivers etc in an SM kill team then I certainly hope we can freely choose from our units too. Might get to use some of my Incubi models!

The mixing and matching gives me hope for Kill Teams a la Heralds of Ruin. Fingers crossed!

I don`t think we will see sub-factions rules. Just general DE rules for kill team.

I'd love to be able to use the court in Kill Team! It'd give me the excuse to buy and paint them, and as they are all individual they'd fit the system much better.

Houserule it.

GW has already confirmed they've selected units on the basis of plastic kits, with some exceptions for units that would be weird to exclude (examples given were Eldar Rangers and Ork Kommando's).

Wyches and kabalites are easy. But what else?

I’d love to see mandrakes. But I predict incubi and wracks. I don’t know how they’ll do it but I could see wracks as our medic unit

There's a strong preference for plastic kits over anything else. I'm guessing Kabalites, Wyches, Wracks and Scourges will make up our Kill Teams. Maybe Hellions. We've definitely got at least one Wych Cult unit because Combat Drugs make an appearance on the (very blurry) shot of our special rules page.

Yeah, kabalites, wyches, wracks and scourges seem reasonable, and I would be very surprised if they wouldn't include mandrakes. Even if their models are resin, they are made for infiltration.

This may not mean much, but in a recent kill team article, dark eldar as shown are having a mix of kabalite and wyches. So at the very least it looks like we won't only have wyches as our basic unit like in shadow wars

No other team has a 'jump pack' class unit, so i doubt we'll see scourges. Guard only have 3 options, so we may fall into that low option catagory

I wasn't a fan of the last Kill Team and Shadowrun is literally Necromunda, which is literally 2nd edition, which was a high water mark in my book.

No others have jump pack guys - but so far I think they've all had an elite option. Wracks wyches and kabalites would be 3 troops, so I'd hope for an elite choice too. Mandrakes or incubi would have been the expected option if it wasn't for the preference towards plastic kits for kill Team.

Mandrakes and Incubi might not be as unexpected an option - Kommandos are resin but are included because it'd be really weird to exclude them from Kill Team. I'd say if we get just one non-Kabal/Cult/Coven unit entry, it'll be Mandrakes since they're more stealth-oriented than Incubi.

More likely Mandrakes than Incubi, but I think Scourge might still be an option. Swooping around tight city-scapes is their thing, and it would be a nice unique thing for us to have.
Granted though, Mandrakes are more likely.

Kabalites cover that pretty well, to be honest. It's not like we'll feel like we're missing out on Heat Lances or Haywire Blasters in Kill Team's small scale.
