What's your plan with the Triumvirate?

Distraction carnifex. I also have to use them to justify buying them...

You're probably better off letting the embrace dude also carry the fusion pistol to keep the squad as well equipped as possible since you get to choose who dies and that way you don't need to choose between an embrace or fusion after the first guy dies. Not sure Great Harlequin is worth it for the CP as it's rare to have enough troupe to take advantage of it even though it is cool to upgrade dudes. You really do need to get a better weapon for your troupe master! Especially if you're deadset on upgrading him to GH.
The Dark Eldar contingent looks fine, probably wouldn't spend the CP on a relic for the pistol (you don't get a free one with Ynnari lists).
You would honestly be better off converting the Visarch into one of your archons then taking him as he is, replacing his slot in the supreme command with Eldrad or a Farseer Skyrunner for doom if you are deadset on taking both Yvraine and the Yncarne (I personally take the Yncarne in an auxiliary detachment because I love the model but don't want Ynnari to hamper my DE).

Forgot about uprading the troupemaster completely. I have 9 points to give him something better, as fusion pistols have become cheaper in the new CA. I will probably remove the Visarch and Yvraine per your reccomendation. I put him in the list for the extra cp. The poison tongue pistol stays. I’ve had good results with it on several occations. Together with curtainfall I can remove his assassins and shield captains with no problems. Yvraine is mostly there for smite and propelling the visarch forward. Also considering putting him in the archon venom (if it is possible... memory is foggy on that one).

Yeah both Yvraine and Visarch can ride in a Venom! That's cool everyone has a favourite relic, CP shouldn't be too big an issue with no AoV to drain it!
