Looking for bits - Gaunt Cult

I want to do a Tyranids Gaunt Cult army. Does anyone know where I can buy heads that look like a termagaunt/human combination or how I could change the existing heads to make them look different. I’ve thought about drilling holes like termagaunts have but 6 per model sounds so tedious. Thank you.
