Im returning to this edition after about a 3 year hiatus, I have lost tons of models and basically am starting from scratch with but i was able to salvage. Here's a list i am in the process of building and re-configuring. Here's a slight;y more than rough draft of the List.

I loved the Reavers in the last edition I played (5th or 6th) and want to continue using them! So the focus of this army is the Outrider detachment

This looks like a very interesting list, I haven't seen many wych focused lists here. Please do report back on how any games go. I do have a first note though, you should have more CP's. You get your +7 from various detachments, but you also get +3 from having your army be battle forged.

Welcome back at least.

I would maybe take your archon as your warlord, if you're interested in having him as a more active participant in the game, and use the 'Alliance of Agony' stratagem to still give your red grief succubus hyper-fast reflexes.

Also as a note, I'm assuming you know, but just to make sure- you can only choose more than one of the same combat drug if you've already chosen every type of drug. You don't seem to have noted which drugs your wyches or hellions are using.

Thanks, i didnt know about that base 3CPs and was wondering how other players were getting so many lmao. Yeah i need to get some games in ASAP. Yeah i know about the drugs, thats why there are so many Wych units. The drugs that go on the Hellion and Wyches dont really matter just that i have enough units to make sure all my bikes get +1 toughness. But i will play around with config. Footslogging unit will def get +2 movement. Nah the Archon is just there cause i cant have four Succubus and i need long range fire support

Unless you have something special in mind with Obsidian Rose, I'd give some thought to making your Kabal spearhead a Black Heart detachment. Then do as Sarcron suggests and make him your warlord. Archon can take Labryntine Cunning and Writ of the Living Muse relic. He hangs out with your ravagers for re-roll 1's to hit AND wound, whilst regenerating command points. Alliance of Agony lets you give you main succubus her trait still. You'd just need to drop one of Parasites Kiss or Triptych Whip to make room for the Writ.

I agree about changing to Black Heart for your Kabal for the reasons given.

I'm also not sure you're getting much value for Cursed Blad in your battalion. With minimum wych squads, you're not using half of the obsession. On top of that, their warlord trait, relic, and stratagem are all garbage. Also, if you're using the Triptych whip and/or agonisers on your hekatrixes, it further diminishes the value.

I'd consider either of the other Cults for that battalion. If using Red Grief, you'd have 3 succubi lending out auras of re-rolls, allowing your hellions and reavers to hit that much harder.

If using Cult of Strife, you can get a lot of mileage out of that Triptych whip (if you're set on keeping it). On the charge, you get 8 attacks. Their warlord trait really synergizes with this, getting 3 hits for each 6 to hit. On turn 3, you get +1 to hit, which means you'll be getting 3 hits on 5s. You can count on roughly 12-14 hits per turn with this setup.

In either case, I'd recommend upgrading a venom or two to raiders (if you've got three models) . I like venoms plenty, but I don't like footslogging minimum squads. Upgrading 1 would allow you to embark all your wyches. Upgrading 2 would allow you to embark all your HQs if necessary. Being able to minimize your drops is very nice for trying to get the 1st turn. If you did this, you'd have a minimum of 13 drops. As it is now, you've got 17. This isn't of paramount importance, but having the ability to get your HQs where they need to go is nice.

This actually sounds pretty great to me! id prolly get rid of whip

Good show. I was thinking the same thing about the Raider but im pretty sure you cant have two different units in one raider and i need the extra unit to provide enough combat drugs for my Reavers. But all Grief Succubi is definietly the way to go now that you mention that.

You can put multiple units in a raider, as long as they don't exceed 10 bodies total.
