2k ITC Tournament Choosing List

Got a 2k ITC tournament coming up, I've come up with two lists I'm fairly content with I just have to pick which one. While this is a tournament, I do usually not 100% maximize my lists as it's just at my local store, so I'm taking stuff like the hexrifle on a haemonculus because it looks cool, not because it's good. That being said these are definetly meant to be on the competitive side.

Things I like about the first list:

-More CP
-Talos are great, so 4 is better than 3
-Good objective holders and board coverage, small wrack and warrior units can really cover a lot of ground and wracks are decently tough.

Things I like about the second list:

-More speed, that many reavers will really be a struggle for some armies to deal with and deny key units from shooting turn one.
-All three subfactions represented, always a fan of that.
