If you take the talos as 2-2-1 you get a spearhead for +1Cp

yes i made some changes. I add Reaper for the str 8 shots and I like the model. The Helm of spite to deny some power like Jinx, but I see that my rivals by chance will be custudes, mechanicus, taus hahaha.

You don't actually have to choose relics/warlord traits before the tournament, that's something you can change on a game by game basis.

The reaper is a nice model, but it really doesn't have a place in a tournament list. It's just straight up worse than a dark lance ravager. Yeah, potentially it's more shots, but I'd much rather have the consistency of 3 guaranteed shots every turn, not to mention being a heavy weapon with only 36" range isn't great, ravagers don't have the problem of losing accuracy when they move.

What format is this tournament? If it's scoring heavy like ITC, I think you're going to struggle with objectives. Talos, ravagers and razorwings are great, but except for your 15 minimally equipped warriors, you have very few units that will do a good job contesting objectives and provide board control. I've found even at 1500 ideally you want 4 5 man warrior units in venoms, or raiders to save some pts, and they should all have a special weapon for a bit more bite, 5 warriors just with poison doesn't contribute a whole lot. I'm a fan of wracks for that role as well, I have an ITC tournament coming up and I'm thinking of using 15 wracks for some objective holding and board control.

Wracks are excellent in controlling the map, always put a hexrifle on the squad leader so that you can use fire and fade to get an additional 7' move. Also, the stratagem to redeploy them is very good, you can teleport them onto an objective marker.

I agree, the Reaper is useless, and I'd add a few corrections on the Archon loadouts :

The agonizer should be replaced by a venom blade, cheaper and better. You want your Archon to hit on 2+, wound on 2+ to clear infantry units. Believe me, he will never be a hard hitter so if you rely on this -2 AP to do anything, I don't understand your plan ...

The Blast pistol has a very small range, so you'll use it maybe once in a game. Just check the cost and think it twice. The huskblade has the same issue as the agonizer. Really, if you don't know why you're taking an equipment, well just don't take it

If you have spare points, take more kabalites or consider taking splinter canons on the venom (even though it's still too expensive, but at least you'll get to use them)

Yes, the wraks are great, but I noticed a lack of firepower and they came out more expensive.
Change the reaper for a ravager with 3 spears. In this hemisphere the metagame takes a few months to update. There are many eldar ,monocodex imperial players and few soups.
