Stripping paint

Greetings Archons!

I have decided to do a rehab of my older eldar models from my younger years. Suffice to say they are very poorly painted and the paint is very thick. Additionally, there is quite a thick layer of spray paint and GW chaos black primer. Does anyone have any advice for what chemical to use to strip the paint? I know on splintermind they always reference dunking there models in the green. What would that be?

I think its stuff called Bio Green?
I might be wrong. Thats an industrial cleaning fluid. Might be right, but might be worth finding someone to confirm the name.

Other options include Dettol and Flash Power SPray, but that can sometimes not be perfect, and be quite messy. Dettol is advised, but didn't work perfectly for me.
