Test of skill reavers with special weapons are they worth it again?

Greeting fellow Archons. I have been musing on creating a pure wych cult list as a new years project. Most of my games seem to be 1000 ish points rather than the bigger 2k. Looking at the new cult obsessions in Phoenix Rising and assuming it doesn't get faqed to melee weapons only, do people think that test of skill makes reavers with special weapons (specifically think heat lances here) a reliable source of anti armour?

I'm planning to test out an outrider with reavers and razorwings at some point soon, as a supplement to a PoF battalion/BH spearhead. I'll probably pair it with Berserk Fugue.

I was looking to pair it with slashing strike. But whichever of berserk fuge/precision killers is the ap one would also be an option!

I was thinking about ToS+Precision for a fully anti-tank unit. I can confirm that Blaster reavers works pretty good with ToS, and you can charge some.veichles too, wounding on 4+ (vs T7) and pushing some wounds with ap-2. As always, Drukhari are an amry where more units needs to works together for anything, and those units seems nice to strip.some wounds on veichles helping other Dissies/flyers etc.
Of course bring some flyers in that detatchment too. ToS on Void are great
