| Now that Drahzar and the Incubi have improved (Lethal Precision works for all Incubi instead of only the Klaivex now), I am really tempted to buy that new box. But it would only be for those models. What are your thoughts on them? Have they improved enough to be worth playing now? Does anyone know if the models will be sold separately, or will I have to buy the entire box? | |

| The new models will be sold separately, we are sure of that. When, no one know, but it should not be too long, maybe 2/3 months. If you could wait, skip the box: it's garbage | |

| It could be a year or so before the models get released, to be fair. If you also want all of the new models in the box and find it with a substantial discount (e.g. Goblin Gaming in the UK has it for 30% off currently) then it could still save you some money in the long run. | |

| Don't buy that piece of crap box! Just keep your eyes peeled at places like ebay etc. I got 5 Incubi and Drazhar for somewhat of 60 euros which will be probably less than what the seperate selling price will be. | |

| Dont buy the old resin ones. Terrible.
A mistake I will not repeat.
The old metal ones are cool though

| I've started running Drazhar and 2x5 Incubi in my lists. So far so good. I haven't really used Covens, so they add the serious punch Wyches lack against enemy charges, or provide genuine threat to things like knights who could previously march up the board and force me to fall back away from them. Now I can take a knight down in combat in a turn if I want too. They do good work and with the 40 point savings post CA I'm finding them well worth it in my list so far. | |

| Incubi are very, very good now. Their primary issue before was they had no support. A point drop, Lethal precision, and improved Drazhar and/or Ynnari makes them pretty bonkers. Played in a tournament today with 2x5 Ynnari Incubi. Hitting on 2+, re-roll 1s, re-roll wounds...it's very efficient. The highlight was one squad of 5 squad handing 15 wounds to a Chaos Knight warlord. The other 5, the 3 grotesques, Urien, a Haemonculus, and the Visarch didn't even get to swing! Planning on moving to 3×5 Ynnari Incubi w/ Drazhar support as soon is as the plastic box comes out. I own 15 already, but 10 are finecast, and I really don't want to paint my other 5 FC ones...might just get them to 3 color minimum to get me by. Sticking with the old Drazhar because I actually really like preying mantis look. The meta appears to be passing dissie ravagers by in a lot of ways, and frankly, Incubi are now a solid replacement. Let Test of Skill flyers and Dark Technomancer raiders/talos do your shooting. | |

| Incubi replacing dissie ravagers? Incubi have certainly improved a lot, but that's way too far fetched. It's still a shooting edition, you can't replace our heavy guns with even a solid melee unit.
I do think it's worth considering Drazhar and incubi separately. For starters, Drazhar almost seems like an auto-include. With the pts reductions in CA, he's incredibly smashy, especially if you give him the warlord trait. He doesn't even really need an escort, he can just run around and attack most targets.
As for incubi, I think they are greatly improved, but not amazing. They aren't going to replace the standard heavy hitters of our army, and it seems like a high price to me to throw them in a Ynnarri detachment when I may want kabal, cult and coven. I will definetly use the 5 new ones I got all the time just because I love the models, but I don't think they are an auto-include. Certainly better in a Ynnarri detachment than just pure Drukhari due to their psychic powers and strats, but that comes down to do you want to fit in a Ynnarri detachment or not.
