List Builder?

Life had kept me away from the hobby for a while, but I am hoping to get back into it in the new year. I would like to know what the best options are for programs to create an Army List. I have used Army Builder in the past, but I would need to purchase a new license. Before I spend my money, can anyone tell me if there are better options? Are the Data-Files for Army Builder being kept up to date?

I just checked out BattleScribe. It's quite good, but it still needs a little work. I hope they keep improving. It will definitely make a good list, just needs some formatting and polishing on the interface.

If there are any others I would still like to hear them. Does anyone use Army Builder any more? It used to be the gold standard.

I use Battle scribe as it’s updated most frequently. You get used to the format of it. Quartermaster is my favourite for layout and ease of editing
