I've seen several people playing Poisoned Tongue using poison weapons to wound vehichles on 5+ but that's not how it works right?

It adds to the poison value and isn't a +1 to wound. They can't have been using metalotoxins since that would make them would on 4s, 3s or whatever.

Am I missing something?
