Fake as the day is long. Notice the line leading to the numbers. the one above it stops short ALL of the ones below it stop short That line though? Right into the numbers.
The angle is slightly different as well for JUST that number.

Concur with everyone else: it’s a fake. Remember, this book was printed well before the codex was released so GW had no real world data to justify such an absurd points increase when it was sent to the printers.
