Right off the bat, I'd be looking to turn the S/c toting trueborn into another unit of blasterborn in a venom, perhaps by losing a wych or 3 somewhere along the line.
Blasterborn/venom is a much better combination than splinterborn/raider. Your venom will be firing both cannons in heavy mode contiuously whereas the trueborn will need to remaoin static to pump out the same number of shots.

Otherwise looks pretty good.

Decent "standard" list. Something that I am starting to find with venom spam is that we use the tanks to take out infantry, and the infantry (except for ravagers/raiders) to take out tanks... therefore wasting all those nice paintokens that would become available. Hence I have started to limit myself to 1 venom per 500pts and you have done this so I like it.
