Deadly Dance and base to base contact

I have a question about Lelith Hesperax rule Deadly Dance.

Can she consolidate away from a model that is in base to base contact with her?

i'm not a big guru rulewise, but i would say that you can't.
The consolidation rules states that if you are already in contact with a model, you can't move at all.
Lelith only give +3M and bypass the rules of closest enemy.
That my 50c though, i would wait for a more connoisseur to give his advice

I am personaly leaning in this direction as well, but it just does not feel right on her. You would either charge and jump away (possibly losing second activation if you killed something), or be locked in combat by enemy that piles in on you.

It happens not very often that you can consolidate and are still in basecontact with another model.
I would say, you can not. But with a bit of smart positioning it shouldnt come to that.
