Would like some critiquing for my Drukhari list. (Formerly an Harlequin list)

I'm a new player to 40k and would like some feedback on my Drukhari list. I understand that the Drukhari faction isn't good for a new player but I'm fine with that. I'll be running the Obsidian Rose obsession as a battalion detachment and a butcher's of flesh patrol detachment.

Please note that I am a bumbling idiot and picked some weapons based on how much I like their name. If you see a stupid weapon on a unit. That is why!

Well, in my case the speed isnt the issue. Its the Harlequin part.
I am a Drukhari player and my understanding of the chessboard cloaked elves is minimal at best.
We do have a subsection for Aeldari other than Commorites.
