Hello All,

I'm in the planning stages of my Dark Eldar army and I'm looking for some feedback. I've done test models in 2 schemes. What do you think of them?

I've always had a thing for turquoise, so I prefer the bluer one =). What plans do you have for the bodysuit and accessories?

Probably black on the bodysuits. Nothing totally outrageous for the accessories (i.e. highlighted metalics, pale flesh, etc.) The bases will be designed to be complimentary to the final color scheme.

2nded on the blue, i think it stands out more than the green, if you do go with the green I'd say make the first high lite a little less opaque, or make it thicker

Thanks for the feedback. I've settled on the blue. I'll be sure to post more photos when I finish some of the models.

I hope you don't mind me asking, but which colours did you use for the blue?
I've just picked up DE and decided upon a blue scheme/Poisoned Tongue as I'm a sucker for blue. I've always had a bad spot for spotting the exact paint to use.

I look forward to seeing you paint some more models.

I would go for the blue as well. What accent/spot colors are you thinking of using?

For spot colors I'll be using bronze/brass and a light dried flesh color. I'm still working out exactly how I'm going to do those colors.

As for the blue, it's all done with GW colors. Primed black, based necron abyss, washed with Badab black. Then, I did a three layer edge highlight using regal blue, enchanted blue, and ice blue.

I'm about halfway done with my Archon. I'll post photos when I'm done.

Biased for blue, 'cause all my Kabalites are blue-highlighted as well.
