My armor save is a 6 initiative

Hello all. I've been playing 40k for about three years now. I started with Tau, and have since sold them. I have accumulated a hefty number of Chaos Space Marines dedicated to Grandfather Nurgle, which are still my bread and butter.
I had been playing them for a while but knew I wanted to play something non-MEQ, and last year at an escalation tournament (1500pts) I was obliterated by Dark Eldar. What to run next? Question answered.
So where am I now? I have one DE battleforce and one box of Hellions, which amounts to nothing yet. I'm buying things here and there, building and painting as I go. Nothing will get fielded until I have at least 1000pts fully painted and based...

...and then woe betide those of initiative 4 or less...

I'm not sure if you can go 180* from Plague Marines better than with Dark Eldar Welcome!
