What to get next for my dark eldar army?

I am planning on buying a few stuff for my dark eldar next.I am not sure what to get yet. I have 2 archons(one with gw's starting kit and I one that has agoniser,blastpistol and phantasm.), Lililth, 30 new warriors,40 old warriors,15 incubi,30 wyches,9 reavers, and I have tow raiders but Im not worried about those since my brother and mom are giving me more for gifts.

So im trying to decide what I should get next. I hear that Heamys are really good and the times i have proxyd them they have helped. I love the look of scourges and hellions but I don't know if I should get them.

So please guys give my some help on what I should get next for my army.

After that... maybe a haemie or two, also some venoms would be nice if you want to go a shooty route

I would say that if you wanted something fun to paint the get a Razorwing or a Ravager.

I'll Nth the suggestions for Ravagers. They're an all around excellent unit and also fill a force org slot that you have no models for.

If you've got the cash then check out FW website, the VoidRaven is a tres cool lookin model IMO.

Okay I put together a 2k list on what I already have and what you guys said. This list isn't meant to be super competive since almost all my games will be for fun.

HQ
--Archon w/ agoniser,ghostplate,drugs,shadowfield,phantasm

--3x heamy w/ liquifer

ELITE

--9 man incubi/w raider w/ torment launchers,trophies,nightshields,flicker flields

TROOPS

--2x 10 man warrior squad w/ darklance and raider/ nightshields flickerfields

--3x 9 man wych squad w/ all haywires, hekatrix w/ agoniser, and a raider w/ torment launchers,trophies,nightshields,flicker flields

HEAVY SUPPORT

--ravager w/ night shields,flickerfields

--Razorwing jetfighter w/ nightshields flickerfields and splinter cannon



I have tried this list out with some borrowed units and i worked out for me but I kinda want your guys opinion. The armies in my local group are necrons,eldar,dark eldar,grey knights (he doesn't play that much though),space wofs (hasn't fully built his army yet.),sisters,chaos and guard/

Well apart from the fact that that deathstar unit of incubi will blown out of the sky and then shot to pieces, this list doesn't look too bad. Although unless you've bought the razorwing I would dump the razorwing, shave a few incubi and get two more ravagers. That would make it quite competitive because at the moment you have tons of AI bit hardly any AT.

Im havent tried to lower the number of incubi before in my squad but i might try next game. I usually dont cram a whole bunch of AT since the most amount of tanks i go against im maybe 4 or 5 and the toughest one is the monolith.I will though try what you sayed and see how well it works.

What i find with my incubi is if they are in squads over 5 they kill everything so fast that they are left in the open to be shot to death in the opponents shooting phase. Better to drag it out over 2 turns. And if you get to the stage where your Ravagers have nothing to do by turn 3, well yeah maybe then you brought too much AT but I have never been in a situation where I have too much dark light and an often wishing for more. Well never except against DoA blood angels.

So I should probably but a venom for them since i feel like a raider is wasted for a 5 man group. Which I have heard that venoms are really good but in my groups meta im not usre if they will fit.

The scourges, I agree with. They are good for anti tank and anti infantry.

Drazhar and the Mandrake, I do not agree with.
Firstly, Mandrakes are fine, but why let them take up an Elite slot when you could have Incubi, Harlequins, Trueborn or Bloodbride, all of which I have found to be far more reliable than Mandrakes. Yeah, they may have fun deployment, but they cost more than Trueborn, and Trueborn are more likely to survive, if played correctly. This is just my view, as 'loathe' isn't a strong enough word for what I feel towards Mandrakes.

As for Drazhar, he may strong and have a two plus save, but he is 230 points. A normal Archon with a Shadowfield has a two plus invulnerable save.

Just for comparrisson, Drazhar: Demiklaives, ancient Incubus Warsuit.
WS,7 BS,7 S,4 T,4 W,3 I,7 A,4 LD,10 SV,2+ = 230
Drazhar has Onslaught.
Drazhar has Murderous Assault.
Drazhar has riposte.

How much can you get for an Archon with 230 points to spare?
Archon: Huskblade, Blaster, Ghostplate Armour (4+, 6++), Combat Drugs, Soul Trap, Djin Blade, Shadow Filed (2++), Webway Portal, Haywire Grenades.
WS,7 BS,7 S,3 T,3 W,3 I,7 A,4 LD,10 SV, 5+ (4+2++) = 230
The Soultrap has the potential to make him strength 6.
The combat drugs can make him faster, stronger, better WS, re-roll failed to wounds, +1 attack or make him start with a pain token.
Huskblade is instant death regardless of toughness.

Even though this is a stupidly eccentric loadout for an Archon, it just proves that you are wasting alot of points there with Drazhar.
I'd much rather have the Duke, the Baron or the Lady.

I'm not saying Drazhar is bad, just pricy for what he is. You could get 2 Ravagers instead, or a Razorwing, or a Voidraven, Or two Talos, or 2 Cronos, or a couple of squads of Hellions, or ten Reavers, or Ten Scourges, or twenty three Wyches, twenty five (I think) warriors, Ten Incubi, twenty three Wracks, A Lelith or a Urien Rakarth.

You could get a lot more for your points.

Surely all of these thoughts are reason enough not to buy Drazhar. I beg you, I implore you, do not buy Drazhar.

I only suggested not taking Drazhar and the Mandrakes. I wasn't saying what to brink, I was making a list of units that could be brought instead of Drazhar.
As for the Archon, I wasn't seriously recomending taking all of that wargear, as it would be rediculous and a waste of points.

I was just explaining why I don't like Drazhar, so yes, I was being sarcastic about the Archon, but I wasn't recomending what to take, I was making points comparisons and explaining why I don't think that Drazhar is efficient.

So for the most part that list i posted is sound. I am used to running list were my wyches equal the amount of warriors.I wanted to try more wyches.
