Looking at the rules for Turbo Boost (BRB, pg 76) it says you may not move through difficult terrain. The rules for jetbikes (pg 53) however state that they can move "over all other models and all terrain freely". I could argue that the movement rules clearly exempt jetbikes from the difficult terrain issue but the turbo boost rule specifically refers to both bikes and jetbikes so it would seem those rules must take precedent. If I was being pedantic I could also argue that the movement rules say I go over terrain so I'm not actually going through it but that seems a little cheesy.
So, which is it? Can I turbo boost over difficult terrain or not?

Yes. Jetbikes can move over terrain. You can turbo boost over terrain. Normal bikes cannot. Reavers are jetbikes not normal bikes.

yes, Reavers can turboboost over terrain, but they cannot land in terrain, like other bikes.

That's certainly how I think it should be but the Turbo Boost rules made me doubt it. Good to know you guys think I can do it.

Suppose it means that jetbikes, or anything else that can turboboost, aren't able to turboboost through terrain, but if it can move over terrain it can turboboost over it as well.
Dang! I was hoping Tyranids followed the Pokemon naming idea. A big Carnifex running around just yelling "Carnifex! Carni-Carnifex!" followed by a squad of termagants all saying "Termagant" to each other.
